Ok I answer my phone at work today and to my surprise it is my Dr. Ok my heart drops to my toes. This must be serious since he is calling me himself and not having the nurse do it. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH What is he going to tell me!!!
He says I have your results and you are no longer in Menopause. (ok how is this possible I thought once you are in it you are there for life!!) I also have cyst and a thickening of my urterin wall . I have to see a GYN to see if they want to do a biopsy or something else. He also mentioned endometritis There was a word before that word just cant remember what he said. By this time my head is swimming so I now have a Dr appointment on the 19th with a GYN to see what they want to do next.

Well, I am hoping it is no big deal...but from what I have gathered from my docs in the past, endometriosis is scar tissue on the uterine wall...mandy will correct me if I am wrong, and it can be painful...which could be why you had cramps during your periods and back aches etc...some women have that along with a tilted uteris...which you probably don't have since you had no problem conceiving q & mac...and i don't think your uterus can tilt after all that...but I could be wrong...doc?
endometriosis is when you have tissue that normally is within the uterus anywhere else... it can be on an ovary, on the outside of the uterus, etc etc etc. endometritis would be some kind of inflammation of the endometrium (the lining of the uterus) which could cause thickening. i don't know what blood tests they are looking at. just go see what the gyn says. you'll be fine.

I don't mean to scare you dear, but they will probably want to do an endometrial biopsy. I had one done and told my Dr. if they ever needed to do that again, I wanted put out!!! And I was. It is like having a baby...put back IN!!! Ouch! Why didn't you say something Wednesday night? Keep us posted.
just to offer a little hope - just because a procedure is highly painful for one person, doesn't mean it's highly painful for everyone - if that were the case, everyone would be put to sleep to have it done.
Is that like a thing they do to animals that everyone has given up on?? (PUT TO SLEEP). I am just saying it creeped me out.
well i have herd from a couple of people and they say this hurts would hate to have to go to jail because i kicked the doc in the nose and broke it...hehehe..
