Try 9.2 pounds...but I still think you can do it too! That is so awesome that you are so motivated to lose weight...I wish I had 1/2 of your motivation...seriously! I think I'll go eat ice cream now. **sigh**

Hey, I took a walk yesterday and today though...that is somewhat of motivation no? As long as the weather stays nice, I intend to walk everyday...no promises though...haha!

I told Mandy today that I felt really good this morning...Decovin got up at 6 am (usually this would annoy me greatly for not getting my much needed 8 hours of sleep) but yesterday morning and this morning it did not bother me at all! I actually feel REALLY good today. It is 8:38 and I have showered, shaved my legs, did a facial mask, did my make-up and hair, and I am wearing a new outfit! I feel awesome! :-) Have you all had your fiber today? :-)

I wouldn't exactly call mine "motivation"...(notice the air quotes? lol)

so, i did it. i went for a walk. probably 15 minutes maybe... but it was colder than i anticipated, so i came back. but then i ran up a couple flights of stairs and did a few knee raises and butt kickers... so that's exercise, right? i read an article about walking right before i went out, so now i know all about how i need to do it for 30 minutes a day, but that can be 15 min x 2 or 10 min x 3 or 2 min x 15... so i'm halfway there for today... and i decided that by the end of my six weeks here i'd like to be able to run up all 6 flights of stairs to my room... i'll do 2 or 3 at a time... then increase it as it becomes "easier"... ha. we'll see... i guess if i can't find motivation, i'll make it up... pretend i'm motivated and go from there.

Good for you! :-) That is a start! I am waiting for Decovin to get up from his LONG nap so we can go on a walk! :-)

i did 4 flights after i got out of clinic today... and when i say flights, you have to remember that in hospitals, the flights are like double flights... i was feeling it by the top! but i was already on floor 2 and felt stupid riding the elevator to 4... oh well... i'm a dork.

burn baby burn. Good work gals. I have clogged for 2 hours and usually on Sunday we (kris and I) do aerobics. Last time was grueling. I had shoulder pain from lifting the 2 pound weights so many times and running in place. The worst part was the ab crunches. Hated that.
