Tuesday I felt kind of icky.. but not really bad.. Wednesday I woke up with a killer headache during work I noticed that my food tasted weird.. and my tongue was kind of numb.. so I did the salt test.. Nope no flavor.. GRRRR ... on top of this my neck hurts and my jaw and ear.. So i make a dr appointment.. I kind of knew the signs 20 years ago I had Bells Palsy.. I get to the dr.. and she says well not sure that is what it is we will let you sit over night and see what happens.. she said it could be a bunch of different things none good.. I woke up this morning and the right side of my face was drooping and numb feeling.. I go back to the dr and yep i have Bells Palsy.. I am taking prednazone or how ever you spell that and some pain meds.. My eye wont shut I will have to tape it shut.. you all know how i feel about tape.. AHHHHHHHHH my worst nightmare come true.. Tape on me for a reason AHHHHHHH
So tomorrow I am going to help out at McKinleys school and I look like Quasimodo.. hehe.. all i need is a hump.. I will be with 50 6th graders.. you know at least 1 will pop off with a nasty comment..

6 pounds in 2 days?? That is incredible. My body doesn't respond like that ever.

The tape thing made me laugh. You really hate tape. Do you know what made you hate tape?

Are you in pain? I thought you had this once before. What causes you to get this? I know Rosemary got it once. So is it like a small stroke? Do you have to keep salt out of your diet? Take care of yourself. Love you. Be sure to tell us how your day at school went.
It isnt like a stroke.. it is a virous. Caused by the cold or having a cold.. not diet restrictions.. but all food tastes like crap.. the school thing went ok but when the kids started to yell i about went blistick.. my ear on the right is very sensitive to noise.. I am in a bit of pain.. but i have the pain pills so it is helping.. I finanly got some good sleep last night .. i was very happy this morning!!!
Driving is hard also because my eyesight is a bit blurred because of the right eye not shutting..

Hey - Your crazy brother-in-law wants you to make a picture with your hair crazy on that side and get a patent and sell it to Hallmark and get paid for every card they sell. It could say "and you thought you had a bad day" or something. (He said something else but I can't remember and he has left now.)

Oh my gosh, I am LOL at all the comments and yet I feel bad for Melo. I know it is hurting her because we went up to see her the other night and she kept holding that side of her face up. How is it at work? Do they give you a hard time? Any customers scream? When you said the kids at school were loud, was it because they were afraid of you or what?
