Ok so I need motivation again.. I have hit a wall on my weight loss.. and I am so depressed all I want to do is eat!!!
This last month has been very hard in the money department.. I have not been this broke in ages.. I want to sit and cry and eat .. and eat and eat and eat!!!!!!! I am trying not to but one thing goes wrong and I am like what the heck give me chocolate!!!
My landlord is a BUTT HEAD!! I cant believe what a jerk he is.. I sent him a letter telling him to make an appointment when ever he needs in my place because he is just mean and yells at me.. He had me in tears 2 weeks ago over the dryer and a small electrical fire that was caused by a bad plug in .. according to him it was my dryer.. and he kept beating on my dryer and yelling at me.. I wish I could move because he is NUTS!!! this made me want to eat and DRINK!!! hehe
I know this will pass and all will be better again but for now all i want to do is lay in bed cry and EAT!!!

Um, I believe if there was a fire, the Health Department could be notified and check for code violations...
And other questionable things like the broken stove could be listed with the Better Business Bureau? Or do a little research on the Fair Housing Act or rights of tenants. If he won't listen to you, he's bound to listen to law enforcement.

Instead of eating, try drinking a tall glass of water and then revisit your thought of hunger...this helps me sometimes. Or eat zero point foods like veggies, if you must have sweets...go for the 100 calorie packs! You can get past this...but I definitely think you should do something about this landlord situation and put him in his place...if you need help, let me know! I will help you dig up some info if need be! Love you!
Good Grief! He is a bad landlord. How can he say it is your dryer's fault if the plug was bad? Get an opinion from an expert to see. You could take him to small claims court to replace your dryer! Where is your backbone that you are famous for? Don't get sad and eat wrong...get mad and get the tv active agent or whatever it is called to go to bat for you. Stacy is right! Definately do something proactive against his bad attitude. Do you have renter's insurance I hope? The whole place could be a fire trap! Was it the gas bill that put you in debt? You said you forgot to make the downpayments when you moved in and didn't think about it b/c you never had gas before? Next apartment hunt look for all electric. It is cheaper at the moment.
Keep your head up and just DO something for yourself. Feeling sorry for yourself will only make you sadder. Cheer up dear. We are all behind you. Love you.
