Can you believe that we are starting a new year already. It seems like just yesterday we rang in 2006. New Years was uneventful. Hope everyone had a good one. McKinley and I ran in the New Year with sparkling grape juice in fancy glasses. He thought that was cool. Quentin spent the night at Matt's (Paula's son). I think he had a good time.
Once again I went to the Dr. I have a sinus infection. I think it is getting better now. I don't feel like my head is going to explode.
I start weighing back in at Weight Watchers on Monday. I cant wait to see my progress again. It will be another 12 week session. I'm hoping to loose another 30 pounds. I so want to get my weight off. I would love to see the 100's instead of the 200's. It has been years since that has happened. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
I am hoping fun and exciting things are in store for me this year. I need a change of pace that is on the positive side. It is time to start a new page in my book of life!!

Is it hard to follow weight watchers? Truthfully? I am looking for another aid besides my own will power, which obviously isn't working!

I keep telling them to. I will have them do it this weekend Blog that is!! Weight Watchers is easy to follow there are many websites that help along the way also one is www.dwlz.com is one if you are using weight watchers and another one is www.hungreygirl.com plus they have books that you use to find your points. The weight watcher tv dinners have the points on them for you and so do the lean cuzine but you find out how to figure out what most foods are in the points value. Right now is the free regristration so this would be the time to join. you can go to www.weightwatchers.com put in your zip code and it will tell you where the one that is close to you is located.
